IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
To secure your preferred date, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the rental fee is required. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event. While deposits are non-refundable, we’re happy to apply your deposit to a new date if you need to reschedule. Please keep in mind all bouncers are first-come, first-serve, and your date will not be secured or guaranteed until we receive your deposit.
WHAT IF THE BOUNCE HOUSE IS DAMAGED DURING MY EVENT?
We want everyone to have a fun and safe experience! If a bounce house is damaged due to negligence or preventable circumstances, a repair fee will be charged. A cleaning fee may also apply if general rules are not followed.
To help keep our inflatables in top shape (and avoid extra fees), please follow these simple guidelines:
No shoes, no food or drinks, no overcrowding, no wrestling, no silly string/confetti, no sand, no face paint, and no glitter.
These rules help protect both your guests and our equipment—thank you for playing safe!
WHERE CAN THE BOUNCE HOUSES BE SET UP?
Our bounce houses can be set up on grass or artificial turf—safe, soft surfaces are best! For safety reasons, we do not allow setup on rocks, gravel, concrete, or asphalt. Indoor setups are also welcome, as long as the space can accommodate the bounce house dimensions.
DO YOU OFFER BALLOON GARLAND INSTALLATION?
We love the look of a balloon garland edition to our bounce house but we are not the experts! We have a list of preferred vendors that we are happy to connect you with for your event.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR DELIVERY?
To ensure a smooth setup, please make sure the designated area is flat, clear, and large enough to accommodate the inflatable. A power outlet must be within 100 feet of the setup location.
Before we arrive, take a moment to check for any overhead obstacles such as tree branches—and ensure there are no power lines within 30 feet of the setup area. Your help in preparing the space keeps everything safe and on schedule!
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
We understand that weather can be unpredictable! In the case of rain or strong wind, the decision to proceed is usually up to you—unless we determine conditions are unsafe.
If you need to reschedule due to weather, please contact us by 5 PM the day before your event. Once the equipment is set up, no refunds or credits will be issued, even if the weather changes afterward.
