IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

 

To secure your preferred date, we require a 50% deposit of the rental fee, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your scheduled event. Deposits are non-refundable; however, we can apply your deposit to a new date if rescheduling is needed. Please keep in mind all bouncers are first-come, first-serve, and your date will not be secured or guaranteed until we receive your deposit.

 

WHAT IF THE BOUNCE HOUSE IS DAMAGED DURING MY EVENT?

If our bounce houses are damaged due to negligence or preventable circumstance a repair charge will be incurred. A cleaning charge may also be applied if the items under the general rules are to be found overlooked. The general rules are as follows to ensure your safety and the integrity of our inflatables: No shoes, no food or drink, no overcrowding, no wrestling, no silly string/confetti, no sand, no face paint, and no glitter..

WHERE CAN THE BOUNCE HOUSES BE SET UP?

We can setup our bounce houses on asphalt, concrete, grass, and turf. No rocks or gravel will be permitted. You can also setup the bounce house indoors, keeping the dimensions in mind. Our bounce houses are 14ft x 14ft and 11.5 ft tall.

DO YOU OFFER BALLOON GARLAND INSTALLATION?

We love the look of a balloon garland edition to our bounce house but we are not the experts! We have a list of preferred vendors that we are happy to connect you with for your event. Subject to pricing and availability.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR DELIVERY?

Confirm that the designated setup area is flat and sufficiently large for the inflatable. Ensure that there is a power outlet within 50 feet of the setup location. Inspect for any overhead obstacles like trees or branches. Additionally, ensure that there are no overhead power lines within a 30-foot radius of the setup site.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

In case of rain or wind, we leave the decision up to you unless we determine otherwise. If the weather appears problematic, and you need to cancel, please call us before 5 PM the day before your party for a full refund. Once we set up the equipment, full payment is due, and no refunds or credits will be issued, even if weather conditions change after setup.
